These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of loveminiperfumes.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Love Mini Perfumes ("Love Mini Perfumes," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent retailer based in Los Angeles, California. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

2. About our products

We sell genuine designer fragrances that we decant (transfer) from full-size bottles into our own 5 ml "Mini" and 10 ml "Travel" atomizers. Every decant is repackaged and labeled by Love Mini Perfumes. It is not sold in the manufacturer's original packaging, and its bottle, sprayer, and label differ from the full-size retail product. Fill levels may vary slightly within normal tolerances. Fragrance formulas, batches, and color can change over time and between production runs, and scent perception varies from person to person. Scent notes, accords, and descriptions on the Site are guidance only and are based on publicly available information. Product photos are for illustration and may not show the exact packaging you receive.

3. No affiliation; trademarks

Love Mini Perfumes is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, and are not an authorized distributor or retailer of, any fragrance house, designer, or brand whose products we sell. Brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the original fragrance from which a decant was made. Because our products are repackaged by us, no manufacturer warranty or guarantee applies to them.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order or quantity, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized resale, or if the shipping address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Pricing, errors, and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We work to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing, typographical, or other error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even after sending an order confirmation; we will notify you and refund any amount charged. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order total. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

6. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Shipping methods, rates, and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the carrier, subject to our Refund Policy for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns and refunds

Because decants are opened and repackaged, all sales are final for hygiene reasons. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Allergies, skin sensitivity, and safe use

Fragrances contain alcohol, essential oils, and aroma chemicals that can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some people. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, review the ingredients of the original fragrance published by its manufacturer and consult a healthcare professional before use. Patch-test a small amount on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before regular use, and stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Fragrance is for external use only: do not spray near your eyes, on broken or irritated skin, or near an open flame; do not swallow; keep out of reach of children and pets; and store away from heat and direct sunlight. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities or by failure to follow these precautions.

9. Rewards and referral program

Participation in our rewards and Refer & Earn program is subject to our separate Loyalty Program Terms. We may change or end the program as described in those terms.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review, photo, or other content, or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, including our text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, design, the Love Mini Perfumes name and logo, and software, are owned by or licensed to Love Mini Perfumes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their owners, as described in Section 3.

12. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; buy products for unauthorized resale; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or place orders; submit false information; or infringe the rights of others.

13. Third-party services

The Site is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services, apps, and links that we do not control. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Mini Perfumes and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Mini Perfumes and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at jan@loveminiperfumes.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

18. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; changes apply to orders placed after the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
