Wondering where your fragrance is? Here’s how to follow your order from our Los Angeles studio to your door.
How tracking works
- Order confirmed. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout.
- Packed and shipped. Most orders ship within about one business day. When yours does, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
- On its way. Follow your package with the tracking link in that email. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Where to find your tracking number
- In your shipping confirmation email from Love Mini Perfumes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
- In your account under order history, if you checked out with an account.
- In the Shop app, if you paid with Shop Pay.
Track with the carrier
Most orders ship with USPS. Enter your tracking number on the USPS tracking page for the latest updates. From there you can also sign up for text or email alerts as your package moves.
Something not right?
If your tracking hasn’t moved in 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, email jan@loveminiperfumes.com with your order number. See Shipping & Tracking for more.
