Every order ships from our studio in Los Angeles. Here’s what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your fragrance arrives.
Rates and delivery times

Delivery times are carrier estimates and start once your order ships. They don’t include weekends or holidays.
Processing
We pack most orders within about one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are packed the next business day. During big sales or the holiday season, processing may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know on the site if it does.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package leaves our hands, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also check progress anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
Changing your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at jan@loveminiperfumes.com as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet, but once it’s with the carrier we’re unable to redirect it.
Lost, delayed, or stuck packages
- No tracking update for 5 business days? Email us with your order number and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbors and around your mailbox, then wait one more day, since carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing? Let us know and we’ll help.
- Returned to sender? If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed pickup, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipping.
International shipping
For now we ship within the United States only. We’re working on international delivery. To join the waitlist, email jan@loveminiperfumes.com with “International waitlist” and your country in the subject line, and we’ll let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
A note on fragrance and shipping
Perfume contains alcohol, so we follow carrier rules for shipping fragrance and use ground-eligible services where required. This is another reason we can’t offer international delivery just yet.
