Refund policy

All decants are final sale

Every Love Mini Perfumes product is decanted from a genuine full-size bottle into a new 5 ml or 10 ml atomizer. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of decants, whether opened or unopened, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or because a fragrance did not suit your taste or skin chemistry. Our small sizes exist so you can try a scent before committing to a full bottle.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives with an item that is damaged or leaking, is not the fragrance or size you ordered, or is missing from the package, we will make it right. Email jan@loveminiperfumes.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

your order number;
a short description of the problem; and
clear photos of the item(s), the inside of the package, and the outer mailer or box showing the shipping label.

Once we confirm the issue, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you or, if a replacement is unavailable or you prefer, refund the affected item(s) to your original payment method. You do not need to send damaged or incorrect items back unless we ask you to. Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.

Packages lost in transit

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help where we can.

Order changes and cancellations

We process orders quickly, so please email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take another 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded when an entire order is affected by our error. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
